The Creative Studio - On Location!


That's right! The Creative Studio at Happy Little Flame is going mobile! You choose the location and what to make, and we bring the fun TO YOU.

You pay a flat $75 fee* to cover the costs of staff, travel & equipment rental. Then you'll pay your selected project price per guest.

A minimum of 6 guests is required for on-location workshops.

Planning Your Event

Whether you're looking to add a fun activity to an existing special event or you're planning a gathering around a workshop, you'll first want to decide what you and your guests will make! You can choose from custom scented candles and/or bath & body products, along with some fun add-ons & extras!
Once you've decided on your projects (and any extras you may want), you'll need to choose your date, location, and determine the number of guests you'll have.


Your workshop will include 1-3 instructors, depending on the number of guests you have. Your instructors will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your event to set up, and they will have all materials and supplies needed to complete your chosen project(s). Afterwards, your instructors will break down/clean up their workspace and materials, and leave you with bags & instructions for each guest's project.
Most projects take somewhere between 20-60 minutes to complete.

Booking your event

Once you have determined the details of your event (your projects, extras, date, location, # of guests), you can submit the on-location form by clicking the button below.
This form goes to our Creative Studio Manager who will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours. She will work with you to get your event scheduled, collect the deposit, and discuss any special needs or requests. You and your guests will be required to sign our Private Party Waiver prior to the start of your event.
